- The guided tour is provided in English, but if you choose another available language, (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Russian, Norwegian and more) our guide will provide you with unique booklets of tour instructions along with all the details. You can be sure that no essential information will be missed. See you on board!
- The time given in your reservation is approximate. Our driver will contact you one day before the tour around 8PM to confirm the exact pick up time which you can expect at 07:30 AM - 09:00 AM.
- NOTE: Your pick up point may change due to pedestrian-only zones and limited parking space in the city center. Our driver will contact you to arrange the convenient spot. Thank you for your understanding.
- On 06.10 - 10.10 the Gubałówka cable car will be closed due to maintenance work. Instead, our tour will travel as high as possible by car and take a short walk to the viewpoint. As a compensation, our guests will receive a lunchbox of their choice, at our expense and in addition there will be a mulled wine tasting. We will contact you via WhatsApp or email before the tour to discuss your preferred lunchbox.

Amazing trip, would recommend to anyone
This was such an amazing tour, I would book it again in a heartbeat. It was such a good way of seeing parts of Krakow that don’t seem as accessible because they’re so far away - we visited a small town, tried some amazing quince and lemon Polish vodkas and Polish smoked cheese, then headed to Zakopane for free time and the funicular ride. Our guide Merik was absolutely incredible, he genuinely cared about us enjoying our experience and even lent my boyfriend and I cash in a shop as they did not take card. The whole time, he was providing us with information about the places we were going past, and the history of the places we were going to. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day out or a better guide! Definitely recommend this trip.
Trip to Zakopane and thermal baths
A fantastic way of accessing Poland in a day, at an affordable price. Merik made the experience unbelievable and gave a really deep insight into everywhere we went - I can’t recommend him enough! The places were incredible, a mixture of fun, beauty and historical insight. Overall a good way to experience Polish culture.
