Pick Up Information:

For airport pick up:

- A staff member holding a Klook sign will be waiting for you at the pick up location specified below;

- The driver will wait up to 2 hours and 30 minutes from your flight arrival time. If you are delayed for longer than the allocated waiting time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. Additional surcharges will apply for waiting times exceeding 2 hours and 30 minutes;

- If it is past the waiting time and you are unreachable, it will be considered a 'no-show' The driver will leave and no refund will be issued;

- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2 hours and 30 minutes of landing, a full refund will be issued.

- Pick Up Location: Terminal A: In front of Roti'O, Arrival Hall; Terminal B: In front of CFC, Arrival Hall

For hotel pick up

- Please be at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to the driver before departure;

*Important: Please book your transfer at least 5 hours prior to pick up time. Operator will not be responsble in case of delay or cancelation of transfers due to last minute booking

Service Areas Included:

- Yogyakarta city area (hotel or pick up location must be located in the nearby areas of Kraton Palace, Taman Sari Water Castle, Malioboro area, and Kota Gede)

- Bantul Regency area (hotel or pick up location must be located in the nearby areas of Kasongan, Manding, and Imogiri cemetery complex)

- Sleman Regency area (hotel or pick up location must located in the nearby areas of: Prambanan Temple, Ratu Boko Temple, Kaliurang area or Merapi Volcano, and Ijo Temple area)

Surcharges:

A surcharge of IDR100,000 per car will apply for hotel or pick up locations located in the nearby areas of Punthuk Setumbu Golden Sunrise, Borobudur Temple, Pawon, and Mendut

Please pay the driver directly in cash (IDR)
