*During the period of 05/16/2025-10/08/2025, Wednesday and Friday departures, booking 31 days in advance will have the opportunity to upgrade to a cabin in Yellowstone National Park for one night for free. The number is limited and it is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. If the cabin hotel is sold out, you will be arranged to stay at White Buffalo West Yellowstone, Yellowstone Country Inn, Dude & Roundup, Travelers Lodge or equivalent.

Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.

Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.

Booking Guidelines For parties exceeding four guests or those requiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings. To stay together on the same bus, provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.

Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.

Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.

Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.

Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily

Weight Limit Notice for Helicopter/Plane Tours:The maximum weight per guest is 300 lbs (136 kg). Guests over this limit may be subject to extra fees or denied boarding by the operator.Additional charges are the guest's responsibility. If denied for safety reasons, prepaid fees will be refunded.
