- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

I had a great experience on the tour. The scenery was amazing. The guide, Robin, was very patient, friendly, and created a great atmosphere throughout the tour. His attitude and personal attention added a lot to the experience. The tour was a great way to explore Yellowstone without the stress of driving, navigating, and dealing with the distances in the park. It was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.

I realized I paid more than the others. The overall experience was good, but I got a bad price - almost 400$ more!
Beauty in the Volcano
An experience of a lifetime. I flew into Salt Lake with no friends to start the tour but then when I left I had a ton of friends and new experiences. I didn’t know Yellowstone was a volcano and that it is still active. That was incredible to me since it’s so big. My favorite was the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone the artist point. It was so inspiring. I am so grateful to my tour guide Nate, who taught us all and kept the energy high and positive.
Dream trip come true!
It was my first time in Yellowstone National park and it was so perfect. The weather was only cold in the morning and the evening but the daytime was warm. Our tour guide was Nate. He was so great, he not only helped us throughout the whole day but also made sure we were happy and comfortable. He also taught us way more than we will ever be able to remember about Yellowstone. He also did the tour in Mandarin and English. He is very very impressive. But our favorite part was seeing the bison and other wildlife.
