- Yellowstone National Park Access Updates The East Gate is scheduled to open on 05/02/2025. Until then, attractions such as Upper and Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, and West Thumb Geyser will be inaccessible. The South Gate is set to open on 05/10/2025, meaning West Thumb Geyser will remain inaccessible between 05/02/2025 and 05/09/2025. Thank you for your understanding during these seasonal closures.
- Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
- What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.
- Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- Hotel Rooms: Accommodate 2-4 guests with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed (based on availability); deposits are processed via credit card. For groups over four or separate rooms, please book separately.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

Excellent tour and excellent guide
We enjoyed the experience a lot and were very satisfied with the tour. Our guide, Jonny, was excellent and from the beginning showed that he knew the route very well and how to organize the group. He always stuck to the schedules and managed the timing very well, something very important on a tour with so many places to visit. He also gave us recommendations on which were the best spots to take photographs and where it was most worth stopping, which helped us make the most of each stop and make the tour more agile without stopping enjoying the landscapes. Jonny managed the group very well and always gave clear instructions. The tour was conducted in English and Mandarin, and we thought it was very good that he explained the information clearly in both languages, ensuring that we could all follow the tour. It is clear that he has experience and knows the route very well. Thanks to his organization we were able to enjoy many places and make very good use of our time. It was an experience that we enjoyed very much and we would definitely recommend the tour and especially Jonny as a guide
My experience from bus tour from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone
The trip itself was enjoyable, and Yellowstone National Park was every bit as spectacular as I had expected. One disappointment was discovering that this was a bilingual tour conducted in both Chinese and English, which was not made clear beforehand. As the majority of the group were Chinese-speaking travelers, I often felt that the guide's attention and commentary were directed more toward them. While the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, at times it seemed that English-speaking participants received less engagement and fewer opportunities to ask questions. Another drawback was the lack of scheduled meal times. There were no official breaks designated for breakfast or lunch, ww were expected to have meals in the bus. In addition, dinner was generally expected to be taken at Chinese buffet restaurants selected by the tour. While some travelers may appreciate this arrangement, I would have preferred more variety and flexibility in dining options. Another issue was the lodging arrangement. Our group was split between different hotels, with some travelers staying inside the park and others staying outside. As a result, each morning involved over an hour of driving to pick up everyone and assemble the group before the day's activities could begin. This not only reduced the time available for sightseeing but also created some frustration among travelers, especially since the hotel accommodations were not equal and some guests felt they received a less desirable option than others. There were also some bus issues during the trip. The air conditioning on the bus was not functioning properly, which became uncomfortable during the long drives. As a result, the tour operator had to replace the bus on the third day of the trip. While the issue was eventually resolved, it did cause some inconvenience and disrupted the travel experience. Another point that I found disappointing was that we were asked to pay a $15 per day service fee upfront, but this charge was not clearly disclosed or explained before the tour. Despite all of these shortcomings, I genuinely enjoyed the trip and am glad I went. Yellowstone National Park is breathtaking, and the sightseeing opportunities were truly memorable.

Driver,Scot was great Guide Mike was good The group was 80% Chinese and so all explanation were in both English and Chinese which was not fun for either group The accommodation were at a motel that would not get more than 1 star. I would recommend that you schedule an English only tour Also get better accommodation near the park
Highly recommended
Punctuality is the highlight. The tour guide stick to both times allocated as well as what you see in the itinerary. Benson and the tour driver did a fantastic job. The hotel accommodation was good, no complaints, except that there was no bedside table lamp and this was arranged in a motel. The only tourist location we missed was mammoth springs. However, this was not in itinerary. I highly recommend this trip for solo travellers. The guide took care of me even though I knew no one throughout the trip.
