- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

- Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

Yellowstone Tour Review I had an absolutely wonderful experience on my Yellowstone trip, and a huge part of that was because of our amazing tour guide, Jennifer. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire trip. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about everyone in the group. She listened to our feelings and feedback and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Jennifer also went above and beyond on a personal level. During a difficult moment when I was feeling really down, she took the time to offer me some genuine emotional support and kindness. We have the 5 day tour starting at Seattle go to Yellowstone 5 days trip all things was great 5 stars for we are guide Jennifer and driver Daniel this five days we see the bison close us. We love the tour so much and we have good cabin living here! Big sky was amazing great Teton mountain range was amazing too! Best 5 stars !

We have the best tour going to the tour guide Jennifer she have the good English and Chinese speaking all the service was best detail and knowledge all the 5 days she doing the amazing job! Hotel was good we live at cabin we can see the stars and on the trip we see the bison 🦬 and springs Yellowstone was so good !
