Summary

After pickup from your Melbourne hotel, set out on the drive to the Healesville Sanctuary, a nonprofit conservation center home to over 200 animal species. Your prepaid tickets get you straight inside, so you can spend the entire morning exploring the wildlife sanctuary and spotting native Australian animals such as kangaroos, koalas, emus, wombats, and platypuses. Continue to the Yarra Valley, where the first stop is Yering Station.
