Why take this tour?

Our first stop is Coyoacán, whose name in Náhuatl means “place of coyotes.” Here, our guide gives you a brief explanation of the origins and importance of this quarter and its surroundings. 

Next, you visit the museum-house of Frida Kahlo, the “Blue House,” where you learn about the intense relationship between Frida, her works, and her home.

The trip continues toward one of Frida Kahlo’s favorite places, Xochimilco. Here, you get information on its origins, going back to pre-Hispanic times, and enjoy a ride on a trajinera, the traditional boat of the area.

Our last stop is Ciudad Universitaria. Our guide explains to you the murals of Rectoría and the Central Library, belonging to the main campus of the national university.
