Join us on an experience that's a combination of cooking and storytelling, my sister will be the chef (she's an amazing cook), and I'll be telling you all about the dish and ingredients that we'll make. Choose the dish you prefer and I will send you a list of ingredients after the booking. I will of course also tell you what tools you need. A Mixed tajine beef and veggies (tanjia marrakchia): - 500g of beef - Onion - Zurkini - Carrot - Potato - 4 Tomatoes - Green peas - Green pepper or red pepper Spices: black pepper , paprika , turmeric powder , cumin , fresh parsley , fresh lemon , garlic , ginger and salt olive oil No worries, I can also advise some substitutes if you cannot find the ingredients.
