Winter Park Full Moon Paddle

Make your way to Fort Mainland Park in Orlando prior to your seasonal departure time between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Meet your guide to sign a waiver and review basic kayaking skills and safety, and then hit the water for a 3.5-hour sunset tour.

With your group and your guide, kayak across Lake Maitland and through canals lined with mansions and gardens. Enjoy the views and the relaxing ride, and stop halfway to swim and stretch at Sunset Island.

Return to your boat in time to catch the sunset and moonrise over the water; take in the sight of the stars and the full moon reflecting off the lake.

Paddle back to your original starting point at the end of the tour.

Enjoy a beautiful sunset and moon rise on the outstanding Winter Park Chain of Lakes. Experience the natural beauty of Florida from a unique perspective. Listen to ghost stories and toast to the stars above. It’s always a fantastic time on the lake! All kayaking or canoeing equipment and a light snack are provided.
