Why take this tour?
FULL DAY ITINERARY: The first stop on your journey will be Dudley Wine. Here you will find a selection of their quality wine and soak up the spectacular view across Backstairs Passage. A short drive up the road will take you to False Cape Wines. The rustic charm and idyllic setting among the gum trees and vineyard makes this cellar door a great place for a glass of wine and homemade pies and platters! We will then travel back to Cygnet River , "Capital of the Wine Industry" in Kangaroo Island. Here we will visit The Islander Estate at Cygnet River and taste the only 5-star James Halliday rated wines of the the island. We will visit the cellar door at Spring Roads Wines. Their vineyard was established in 1994 on a small sheep property about 7km west of Kingscote. We will then travel back to Kingscote and we will stop at Bay of Shoals Wines, overlooking the picturesque vineyards and sheltered bay.
