Summary
We will visit two exclusive vineyards in the region. The first is an exclusive and luxurious vineyard, where they make lavender and olive oil apart from wine. The second vineyard is private, where a little more will be explained about the process from the buds to the harvest, fermentation and bottling of the wines. In each vineyard we will have a different wine tasting in one with its cheese board and in the other with a 3 or 5 course menu (depending on the package chosen) accompanied by a glass of wine at each time
