Wildlife Camping Safari: 2 Days, 1 Night: Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater

A two-day safari which takes you to wonderful Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. This safari offers the experience of a lifetime! You will have the opportunity to view a wide range of wildlife, and possibly the Big Five!

On Day 1, after breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up by our driver-guide. You will travel from Arusha to Tarangire National Park where you will enjoy a wildlife game drive. Lunch is a boxed lunch in the park. Later in the day, you will have dinner and overnight at your campsite. On Day 2, after breakfast at your campsite, you will travel to Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is home to the Big Five, as well as wildebeest, Thompson gazelle, Grant gazelle, as well as other mammals. Predators are leopard, cheetah, lions, and hyena.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its population of wild elephants, baobab trees, and herds of zebra and wildebeest. The park is home to impala, gazelles, dik-dik, African buffalo, and antelope. Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest crater, covering 260 km2. Its acacia forest and grassy plain provides foraging to elephants, wildebeest, Thompson gazelle, hippos, and buffalo. Predators include lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
