Ever wanted to try your hand at being a distiller? Live out the dream at the Wild Atlantic Distillery, where you and a lucky friend can create your own gin, tour the distillery and enjoy tastings to match with lunch.

Get the lowdown on all things gin from your entertaining host as they take you through the distillery, showing you the process of creating craft gin. Sample tastings from Wild Atlantic Distillery’s unique Irish Gin, before entering the gin classroom and putting your expertise to the test.

Working at your shared miniature copper still, you’ll choose botanicals and distil your gin, while enjoying three creations of Wild Atlantic Irish gin based cocktails each or classic G&T’s (it’s important to keep the creativity flowing). You’ll take home one 70cl bottle of your own hand crafted gin, complete with personalised label. More than that you will take home your new found knowledge and appreciation for small batch, hand-crafted gin.
