Wheelchair Accessible Airport Transfer - one way

On arrival at the airport, you will be met by the driver at the STA-desk (Schiphol Travel Assistance desk). This desk is clearly indicated on the signs in the arrivals hall, search for 'STA'. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign, with your name on it. From here you will walk with the driver to the car.

For the transfer back to the airport, the driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel.

All transfers organized by Accessible Travel Netherlands make use of wheelchair accessible transport. The minivans are accessible for 2 to 8 people and a maximum of 4 wheelchair users.

The division of space in the private taxi van is as follows:

0 wheelchair users > 8 walkers

1 wheelchair user   > 6 walkers

2 wheelchair users > 4 walkers

3 wheelchair users > 2 walkers

4 wheelchair users > 0 walkers

Wheelchair accessible transfer from the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to your hotel in Amsterdam. AT Schiphol Airport, the driver will meet you at the STA desk, which is the Schiphol Airport Assistance desk. When you arrive in the general arrivals hall (Schiphol Plaza), you can follow the signs that say 'STA-desk'. These will lead you to the STA-desk, which is nearby Arrivals 4. When you arrive at the STA-desk, you can register with the desk and they will call the driver for you. The driver will assist you to his vehicle. Transfers are scheduled an hour after your indicated flight arrival time.
