Waterfalls and Coffee Plantation Tour

Departing from Huatulco Bays you will go to the town of Llano Grande, a community located in the mountains with approximately 90 inhabitants, a place where you can find crystalline pools of shallow water and a beautiful waterfall.
On the way, which takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, we will get to know the flora and fauna, which changes as we climb up to the mountains. As we travel along the dirt roads, you will appreciate the colors and sounds of the jungle, which will make you feel at ease and get in touch with nature. During the tour we will go to an establishment to taste organic coffee, chocolate, the different types of mezcal and learn a little about the medicinal plants of the region.
Upon arrival at the coffee farm we will prepare to begin a walk along a path on the river for approximately 15 min where we can make stops to take beautiful pictures, we will also be able to observe small waterfalls that form some beautiful pools of crystalline water in which we can refresh ourselves. To to reach the main waterfall we will be able to enjoy the water by approximately 1 hour and a half. We will also enjoy a clay mask (mineralized mud), which helps to improve the appearance of the skin, applied by local natives.
Once we finish enjoying the water, we start from return to the farm to take the food which will be based on traditional Oaxacan food such as mole black, black pot beans, pork carnitas, coffee, fresh water and mezcal (included in the tour). The style of the The dining room will allow us to interact with other people making our stay at the farm more enjoyable. Thus We will visit a herbalist’s shop where you will learn about the process of organic coffee production. the healing properties of the different types of plants in the region, as well as having the opportunity to shopping (optional) before starting the trip back to Huatulco.
