Our "Waterfall & Mangrove Explorer" option is a great way to take your time & explore more of the beauty found in the Waitangi River that you may be short on time with on our other options. As this is a one way paddle, We have time to explore up close, paddle through mangrove forests or photograph a colony of sea birds that nest in trees hanging over the river, then onto our final destination where a waterfall drops into the sea. At the waterfall the fun & adrenaline starts, here even first timers can safely experience paddling at the basin of a waterfall, the perfect photo opportunity! After all this excitement we will deliver you back to your accomodation, Paddling only the best! This option is great for beginner levels or anyone looking to have more time to explore the local bird colonies, Mangrove forests & Waterfalls. We are able to cater this tour to be a private tour (minimum numbers will apply)

Kayaking: $58 Child: $48* 12 & Under Usual Summer Schedule: 10am, 1pm & 4pm. Times may vary please check Your Kayaking/Paddleboarding can be dry, but bring a towel, change of clothes or wear swimwear (you may enjoy getting up closer to the waterfall than you plan) Bring a warm jacket, camera, sunscreen, sun protection, drinking water, nibbles etc in a small bag.
