We were fortunate enough to have Mark as our guide for a private two-hour walking tour, and he was absolutely wonderful! As a Cambridge alumnus with a PhD in History, Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many fascinating insights, but what truly made the experience special was the warm, engaging, and lighthearted way he brought everything to life. Our group ranged from grandparents in their 70s to a five-year-old child, and Mark somehow managed to keep everyone interested and involved throughout the entire tour. He did far more than simply share facts,he connected with each person and made the experience enjoyable and memorable for all of us. The most meaningful moment came when Mark helped my father, who attended Cambridge and was a member of Trinity College in the 1960s, return to the college and see it up close again. It meant more to him than we can express. He could not stop talking about it afterward, and it is a memory he will treasure forever. Thank you, Mark, for such an unforgettable experience and for going above and beyond for our family. Even our ten-year-old left saying she now wants to attend Cambridge one day!
