Good to know
- Tours start at 8:30 a.m. or 9:45 a.m. (depending on the option). Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time because check-in is required at our office before proceeding to the buses area.
- Groups are limited to 20 people per guide, though in rare cases may increase to 22. Transportation is shared with other groups.
- The tour is conducted in English.
- Comfortable clothes and walking shoes are recommended. Montserrat and the winery may have more extreme temperatures than Barcelona—check the forecast and dress accordingly. Bring water, especially in summer.
- The tour is not wheelchair accessible, but service animals are allowed. For reduced mobility, contact us before booking to discuss arrangements.
- Infants (3 years or younger) join free of charge but are not provided with car seats or meals.
- Dietary restrictions or allergies are accommodated without advance notice.
- We often work with boutique, family-owned wineries. Due to logistics, the winery may vary from Oller del Mas.

Premium Montserrat and Wine Tasting
This was a great way to experience Montserrat. Anays was a great guide. She was knowledgeable about everything from Barcelona to Montserrat. We arrived in time to go to mass and hear the Montserrat Boys Choir and to see the Black Madonna. Carla was exceptional on the second half of our tour with lunch and wine tasting. The food and wine were delicious. She shared many stories and information. ( for example, don’t bring chips on a picnic date when the wild boars are around 😉)

Our Full-Day Montserrat and Wine Small Group Tour was a terrific day. Guillem was our guide for the tour of Montserrat. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. The history of Montserrat, the Basilica, the short hike to the cross, the museum , and all the scenery was beautiful. We then met up with Carla who took us for the last half of the tour at the fantastic Oller del Mas winery. Carla was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about wines in general and the specific wines we enjoyed that day, and kept everything on schedule. We enjoyed a delicious three course lunch with wine, followed by the formal wine tasting where Carla introduced us to 3 delicious wines, 1 white and 2 reds. We finished the afternoon with a trip to the wine bar. All in all a great day. I highly recommend this tour.
