Good to know
- Small carry-on bags are allowed, however it is recommended that you travel lightly. Due to security concerns, the tour operator reserves the right to search any bags or purses you bring on board. Many of the attractions in Washington DC are equipped with metal detectors at the entrances. Traveling without bags or purses is recommended
- Due to time restrictions, you cannot go inside any of the monuments, however you can spend about 15-20 minutes at each stop to enjoy up-close views
- No food allowed on buses (snacks are fine!)
- The boat cruise is seasonal from Apr 1 to Sep 30
- Convertible buses switch from open-tops to glass-tops between October and March due to colder temperatures
- If you're driving, there is street parking and garages available near the meeting location, including directly under the Navy Memorial meeting location.
- We will meet guests in the front of the Navy Memorial, a large fountain plaza, by the tall navy flags - on Pennsylvania Avenue NW between 7th & 9th St NW. Please note: rideshares tend to bring people to the opposite side of the block.

Great bus on/off walking tour!
Had a great tour with guide Nick and bus driver Osei. My family (4 adults aged 36 to 78) had a fantastic time. We would never have been able see so much on our own in a half day, the tour was definitely worth the price!. Nick had fun and interesting facts and stories to share beyond the boiler plate info and made us all laugh often. For a hot and humid day, a small battery powered fan was very helpful! I would recommend the tour (and Nick in particular) to anyone interested in the monuments.

Nick was an awesome Tour Guide (god). Really has a wealth of information to share in a fun and interesting way. Calvin our bus driver was also very friendly and kept us all on time. Great experience!!

Nick is an outstanding tour guide and human being. We loved Mr Calvin our bus driver as well. This duo took us to see the major sights on a hot day with a comfy air conditioned bus Nick gave a very entertaining and informative background before he let us loose at each spot. We learned a lot and laughed a lot! Do this tour with NIck!!
