Nordic walking burns mega-calories compared to just walking while the use of poles also promotes great posture, off-loads stress from hips and knees and provides exceptional stability on all terrain. There is lots of opportunity to explore and learn about this unique mountain town. Outings are between 1 hr 30 min & 2 hours. Age 12 & over. Hikes & snowshoe hikes on select trails in nearby Kananaskis Country are also scheduled on a monthly basis.
