Why take this tour?

This half-day excursion takes us to Sidi Mbark, a small Berber village 35 km south of Essaouira. We walk to a little cascade and close by visit the old Marabout (residence for the spirit of a Saint or wise man). Here, the convergence of a large sand dune, a small river, and an imposing rock splendidly frames a lovely bay. We are invited to a family from the region for a traditional Berber tea ceremony at the end of the walk. There is the option to have a donkey with a guide on the walk, which is fun for kids to ride.

What’s included?

  • Une petite pause de détente chez une famille de la région pour une cérémonie traditionnelle du thé berbère a la fin de la promenade.

  • Private transportation
