How does the Perks PASS work?
Once you purchase the Perks PASS, the person who places the order will receive a digital pass that you will need to install on your phone’s digital wallet. We recommed you use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
The Perks PASS is only installed in one person's wallet but covers up to 4 people.
Show your pass at participating businesses to redeem your perks. For perks where you need to book ahead (e.g. experiences, accommodation) simply state youer Perks PASS ID over the phone when you book so that our partner can check it's validity. Once you visit the business, you will be required to show your digital pass so that it can be scanned and redeemed.

Can I share my Perks PASS with my friends/family?
Yes! The Perks PASS covers up to four people, whether it’s family, friends, or guests. However, only the main passholder (person who has installed in on their digital wallet) must remain the same. If you wish to change the other Perks PASS beneficiaries (up to 3 other people), you need to email us at [email protected] with the names of the other beneficiaries.
How do I know which businesses accept the Perks PASS?
Refer to the LocalAdventures.com.au website. You will find all our perks (partners) listed there.
How do I claim my perks?
For businesses that require bookings (e.g. tours, activities, accommodation)
Call or email the business (do not try to book online) and state your Perks PASS ID (visible on the pass itself inside your digitla wallet). The partner will check the validity of your Perks PASS and take your booking. When you arrive on the day, show your Perks PASS so that the partner can scan it for the special offer to be redeemed.

Can I claim more than one perk a day?
Absolutely! You can visit as many participating businesses as you like in a day, making the most of your discounts and special offers.
Do I need to visit or redeem perks in a specific order?
No, the Perks PASS gives you the flexibility to visit participating businesses in any order and at your own pace. However, some locations may require advance bookings, so be sure to plan ahead.
Do I need to book in advance to use my pass?
It depends on the activity. While some businesses allow walk-ins, others may require advance bookings. We recommend checking with individual partners in advance via phone or email. Be sure to quote your Perks PASS ID (located on the digital pass in your wallet).
What do I need to show to redeem the offer
Whilst you can call to book your seat in advance and quote your Perks PASS ID, you must present your Perks PASS inside your digital wallet once you visit the business. Some locations may require additional verification, so we recommend having a valid ID on hand just in case.
