Unexpected experience
Unexpected City tour on the way to Pearl Harbor and the Missouri where there was no tour which was also unexpected.
Fun Trolley Ride
Wonderful experience except for the one hour wait for each connection. However, the guide was great and very informative, and the trolley experience itself was fun. Would definitely recommend if you have a whole day in Honolulu.

There is usually not enough space to get on and off. This is a joke. Hold your seat, you may not be able to get back on.
Smooth trip
The tour from start to finish was organized, smooth and easy to navigate
Convenient and informative
The tour was very informative however we could only hear half of what the tour guide was saying. We sat in the back but the motor was so loud it was drowning out the tour guide’s voice. Better speakers should be installed. Seating was limited and the bus got very crowded with many passengers standing for long periods of time. Definitely a bigger bus would’ve been better. Tour guide was friendly and staff did a great job organizing passengers by directing them at the first stop. The hop on/off option was great but be advised that for the red line, pick ups are every hour. I recommend getting the all-line pass, which allows passengers to get on all the busses, which makes the trip/tour very flexible and convenient. Overall, I would recommend this company. It’s great for first time visitors to get a view of the island and to get to lots of places without renting a car and paying the outrageous parking fees.
