Standing Room Only!
Shuttle arrived at Twin Fins fully loaded with passengers standing. Operator didn't really check our tickets when we boarded. We were so packed there were no grab loops for us to hold onto. When we boarded a 2nd time, it was the same thing. A place to sit would've been nice. Only one trolley was in operation, when there should've been two, or one double decker. Very disappointed. We took this tour because we had such a great time on the Pearl Harbor Visit.

Didn't see anything the cause bus was full
Stood there 30 min before pick up and it pulls up and if full told we couldn't get on and there other waited a hour and for the next bus was told again that there only room for 2 people standing so we got left again if Dont have compacity don't continselling ticket if don't have room. Then I message the left talk my manager and won't give refund.
