There are many misconceptions about Wagyu and just like anything, it is fun to explore not only the different types of Wagyu but also the different styles of preparing Wagyu. Your guide is an ex- Assistant Food and Beverage Director that has been here on and off since 1983, he has also opened Hotels, Restaurants and Clubs in Japan. He will guide you through this evening of juicy Wagyu delights and answer any and all questions you may have concerning Japan's National Treasure.
