Wadi Al Abyadh by 4x4 Full Day Private Tour from Muscat

Your private 4x4 vehicle and tour guide will meet you at your hotel in Muscat at 9am on your tour date. Climb into the vehicle and get comfortable for the ride to Wadi Al Abyadh, which passes through miles of farm land on the way to the Hajar range. Chat with your guide and keep a lookout for wandering camels as you travel. 

Travel through the village of Al Abyadh, which stands at the entrance to the wadi. This expanse of shallow pools is bordered by a mountain range on one side and an army of tall sand dunes on the other. 

After exploring a bit, break for a traditional lunch, then head on to the Nakhl Fort. Keep your camera handy for snaps of the impressive architecture, built for the Sultanate of Oman. Learn about the historic gun collection and the weekly goat markets held there. 

When you've explored the area fully, your guide will return you to Muscat for drop-off. This private tour ensures a flexible itinerary and personalized attention for you and your party.

We will pass through the lush farm land and watch the roaming camels as we travel towards the distant peaks of the Hajar range which rise to more than 1000 meters. After some rough riding, we will enter the outskirts of the village of Al Abyadh, where you can slip through the village and catch a glimpse of ancient cliff side houses.
