We will start our activity within the Los Glaciares National Park, located 80 km from the city of El Calafate.
Upon arrival at the Park, we will have the opportunity to visit the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier in 2 different ways (depending on the option chosen):
- The visit without a guide, with a transfer that departs from the bus terminal, after we look for it at your hotel, where you can walk the glacier walkways, and take advantage of all its views and balconies.
- The guided tour, with transfers from your hotel, where on the way to the glacier, the guide will tell the history and main characteristics of the Glacier and the entire national park. When you get to the first balcony of the glacier and in front of the map of the same, the different trails will be explained to you and then everyone will be able to walk what they want.
Regardless of the modality you choose, in both you can enjoy a guided navigation of approximately 1 hour. This undoubtedly complements his visit to be dazzled by the imposition of his landslides, not only from the height of the walkways, but now from the lake level: the front of the Glacier oscillates between 40 and 80 meters high above lake level.
