When you arrive in this natural paradise, you’ll have time to explore the incredible scenery and the fascinating plant and animal life. Scout for more than 200 types of birds and 20 different mammals, or take a hike on one of the park’s numerous trails like “Dos Quebradas,” “Pico del Águila,” “Bosque de Robles,” “La Cascada,” the “Roquedal,” “Las Mariposas,” and the “Sendero Colonial.”

You can also climb to the “Pico del Aguila” (Eagle’s Peak), a 9,500-foot (2900-meter) lookout where you’ll have great views of the snow-capped mountains of Tolima, Santa Isabel and Ruiz in the distance. Before you leave the park, you’ll also enjoy an included lunch at one of the park’s on-site restaurants. You’ll be dropped off back at your Bogota hotel at the end of the trip.
