Visit and Wine Tasting with Oenologist

You are expected at l'Œnothèque Dufouleur Frères, located in the park of the Château, where you can park for free (bicycle rack and parking for cars). We will go together to visit the winery, where we vinify each year the wines from the plots of our Domaine. I will present you the production process, while exchanging with you and answering any questions you have about our winemaking techniques, the main local grape varieties (Pinot Noir & Chardonnay) or the Climats de Bourgogne. We will then settle at the bar or in the tasting room, where I will present the 6 premium wines that we will taste together.

If you wish, you will have the possibility to buy wines on site, by taking them immediately with you and/or by scheduling a shipment to your address (in France or in your country).

At the end of the tasting, you can enjoy the park of the Château during opening hours.

Guided by a local expert (Oenologist - State Diploma), you will discover in detail the world of Vine and Wine.

A short moovie will be suggested, as well as a guided tour of the winemaking cellar.

The guided tasting of the 6 premium wines will then take place at the bar or in the tasting room (location depending on the number of people).

At the end of the tasting, you can enjoy the Château grounds during opening hours.
