We'll open your group's private virtual space 30 mins prior to the scheduled start time for your yoga class. Feel free to log in early, chat, catch up, and enjoy your time together before your session begins. An instructor will join you on time to begin an hour long yoga practice appropriate for all levels of experience. Enjoy this time to relax, move, rejuvenate, and unwind. Following your group class, we'll leave the virtual space open for another 30 mins equaling a full two hours together if you choose to use it.
