Summary

We will cook Russian salad (Olivie) - simple and very traditional. All ingredients are available in any super-market, just take a shopping list and get ready for our cooking time. We will go online (zoom, what'sapp or facebook messenger) on the time of the tour and I will show you how to prepare the dish and some story behind it. Of course we will have a chance to chat about everyday life in Russia, about some stereotypes. I encourage you to use your camera and participate actively with your questions and responses. So, what would you need for this cooking time? 4-5 boiled in skins potatoes 2-3 boiled in skins carrots 3-4 boiled eggs 1-2 white onion 4 small pickled cucumbers 150g of salami or boiled chicken breasts (vegetarians skip this part) 1 can of green peas mayonnaise I will be happy to make some traditional bakery or second dish or a soup, just let me know about it! Please, feel free to take kids with you, my 4years old daughter might join us for this fun time! Our activity starts according Moscow time (GMT +3)

Her company is always exciting and fun, as she is an entrepreneur for travel business and mother of two, which makes her a practicing chef for her family. You will cook together, feel free to ask your questions. And also to chat about everyday life in Russia. This time is going to be fun and engaging! To access this tour you would need a laptop with inernet and camera, so you can see and hear what host is doing and host will be able to see you! All food can be adapted for vegetarians.
