Virtual Historical Tour of Soweto (Visual Journey)

For 90minutes I will take you on a Virtual Historical Tour of Soweto, where i'm born and raised using digital photographs (Visual Journey) i have been documenting for the past 5 years around this beautiful and complex Township.

This tour will give you an insight to the everyday culture and history of the people of Soweto and South Africa in general.

Soweto is known for the role it played during the apartheid regime and how Leader's like Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu called it home.

I will share many personal stories from my family's experience, how apartheid made an impact in the township and it has changed our lives.
