Why take this tour?
We will visit local village to see their living situation, culture, and how they manage their families. The purpose of this tour is to share you the experience of local people to you. We'll also visit pagoda, local market, where we'll meet some of the sellers on the local food and vegetable stalls. We will be a long way off the tourist trail and can enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. You can taste the authentic Khmer food cooked in local restaurants.

About operator:
Travel to Inspire is a social enterprise with the scope of supporting families in rural Cambodia. At Travel to Inspire we devote 50% of our profits to support our development programmes in education, clean water and sanitation, in several villages in the north of Siem Reap. One of our goals is to inspire travellers by passing on to them as much knowledge on the region as we can: knowledge about its past but also about its present. To do so, we work with a network of local Khmer guides, certified and specialized in the history of the region. We take our visitors to many places around Siem Reap, including the famous temples at Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei, the Cambodian Cultural Village, Artisan’s d’Angkor, Traditional Apsara Dancing, Butterfly Centre, and many more places. We can also arrange entire itineraries for you if you are looking for a unique experience. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a solo-traveller or a group of twenty people, we can accommodate any size.
