Great tour
Nice bus tour of Vienna's highlights followed by a guided tour of the palace. Some reviewers commented that they would have preferred more time at the palace. But you don't need to leave when they do, you can remain on your own after the tour and take the subway back to the opera house (meeting point), or an Uber to wherever you wish. The palace grounds are enormous, and the zoo is not to be missed - you could easily spend several hours at the zoo alone! Eleanor was a fabulous guide. Some folks were put off by her moving us along, but the palace has strictly timed entrance requirements. Don't be "that guy" straggling behind risking it for the those of us who can follow instructions!
Great tour with Charlie!
A great guided tour with free time to explore the gardens. We had Charlie as a guide and he was wonderful with excellent knowledge to share.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Vienna and the palace ad well. I would definitely recommend it.
Go on a different tour!
Don’t go on this tour. We started out with the tour of the city where the guide pointed out everything in the city (pharmacies, apartments etc) instead of sticking to highlights. The bus was moving way too fast for us to get anything out of this part of the tour. We were so disappointed with the way the tour guide had no group control (pushing, people running into others) - total disrespect for other tour members and the guide didn’t say a word. The tour guide was too much in a rush for those who were not in the front of the group. He started talking about the next display with only the two in front getting any quality input. By the time the rest of the group got into the room he was already half way into the history. His way of separating the language interpretation was unorganized and confusing. He would say half a sentence in one language, interpret it in another language then go back to the original language he started with to complete his sentence. He spoke into the mic with spit coming out of his mouth. The noise that he made was loud and uncomfortable. We had no fun and got nothing out of a place that we were looking forward to seeing. We wish we could be refunded.
A must see if you're in Vienna.
We met our guide at the agreed upon spot by the Opera House. We had a great 20 minute tour around Vienna where we learned about all the important sites around town. Then we drove to the palace where everything went according to plan. Our guide, Sophie, was excellent. Learned so much about the palace and people that used to live there.
