Vienna Austria Haahh⁸ Hop Offbad «experiences experience
We purchased our Vienna Austria HOHO 'tickets' online using its popluar FLEXI PASS (alt VIENNA PASS) e-commerce system. We received our order code for 6 different activitues with FLEXI PASS. We then redeemed our HOHO order code at the bus stop upon arriving Vienna. The only problem is that the tickets is actually a very "THIN" grocery paper receipt, it looks just like a grocery store or souvenir shop or credit receipt. So I accidentally cleared my wallet of all receipts, forgotten about this 72-hour ticket which I was supposed to keep for 72 hours. Anyhow, HOHO staffs and management would not even consider to RE-PRINT another 'ticket receipt' for us. They just told us to buy another ticket. HOHO gives you substandard VERY THIN paper ticket, and expect you to lost it so then they can sell you another unnecessary ticket make more profit.
First and last time using HOHO
Expensive for what you get, and even though buses were supposed to come every 20 minutes we had to wait 45 minutes at one stop. The driver did not pull into the byway where the stop was.

Bus easy to reach, just choose a tour and buy tickets, off you go. Getting on and off where and when you want, ideal. Nice people, good information, headphones easy to adjust in volume. PRICE 39.00 Euro ok.
The worst tour bus experience!
Yesterday we waited 1 hour for a red line bus even though there should be one every 30 minutes: no apology from the driver! Today the driver closed the door in my face before getting off. Rude driver, unpleasant with more than approximate English!
