Good arrival time, regarding the guide Kassadra, excellent and good knowledge of the subject; at the Concha y Toro level, the service was a bit disorganized with the service hours and not very personalized, we arrived on time and had to wait to start the tour with many people and for that reason we were not able to appreciate the exhibits, we had to go through without paying attention.
