Your guided tour allows you to enter rapidly with timed entance tickets and discover the most famous areas of the palace including the State Apartments and the spectacular Hall of Mirrors, one of the most celebrated rooms in European architecture.

Beyond the palace, explore the magnificent Versailles gardens designed by André Le Nôtre, whose geometric design and fountains became the model for royal gardens throughout Europe.

This experience offers one of the most complete ways to understand the power, art and culture of the French monarchy.

Discover the Palace of Versailles

Located just outside Paris, the Palace of Versailles is one of the most famous royal residences in the world. Originally a small hunting lodge built for Louis XIII in the early 17th century, the palace was transformed by King Louis XIV into the center of political power in France.

The king moved his entire court to Versailles in 1682, turning it into the symbol of royal authority and one of the most luxurious palaces ever built.

 Explore the Royal Apartments

During your guided tour you will visit the magnificent State Apartments, where French kings once received ambassadors and hosted royal ceremonies. The rooms are richly decorated with paintings, sculptures and gilded details reflecting the artistic splendor of the French court.

 The Famous Hall of Mirrors

One of the highlights of the visit is the Hall of Mirrors, the most famous room in Versailles. Built between 1678 and 1681, the gallery contains hundreds of mirrors reflecting light from the garden windows and celebrating the power of Louis XIV.

The Hall of Mirrors later became the setting for major historical events, including the signing of the Treaty of Versailles after World War I.

 Stroll Through the Versailles Gardens

The palace is surrounded by extraordinary formal gardens designed by André Le Nôtre, featuring fountains, sculptures and geometric landscaping that extend across the estate.

These gardens became a model for royal gardens throughout Europe.

 A UNESCO World Heritage Landmark

Because of its historical importance and architectural influence, the Palace and Park of Versailles were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979.

Today the palace remains one of the most visited historical monuments in France.
