Verona is internationally known for being the setting for the love story between Romeo and Juliet. This city in northeastern Italy has many other features that make it worth a visit. Enjoy a walk along the banks of the Adige and cross the Ponte Scaligero to contemplate the Castelvecchio, a medieval castle from the golden age of Verona.
