Great way to arrive in Venice
Signage from airport to water taxi pick up excellent. Taxis run fairly regularly and the best way to travel if staying on the island. Drop offs are as close to hotels as possible.

Helpful getting our luggage onto boat and getting us to Venice Certainly an experience getting from airport to Venice island!
I recommend just know it’s not completely private and pretty basic
The water taxi is a fun way to reach Venice after your plan ride. Just know even a semi private taxi can see up to 15 passengers. There are several main drop off locations around Venice. So you might be on the boat for 45ish minutes if you’re the last stop. The description can make it seem like a completely private water transfer but it’s not. I would 100% recommend this option over the pubic boat transport. Those ferries look like they carry more than 100 people at a time and move slowly. This is a much more enjoyable option.
Fantastic transfer
Fantastic experience. This is the only way to arrive in Venice. The boat is very quick and we were the 4th stop so effectively had a free tour. The boat dropped us off (and everybody else) very close to our hotel. The driver clearly adjusted his route to suit his passengers. Airport transfer desk is easy to find Moderate walk but mainly moving walkways Worth every penny
