I have used this service twice and both times it was excellent! They were on time, and very helpful.
Only in Venice
It was best experience getting to the airport. The boat arrived on time at the location provided which was 5 mins walk from my hotel.
Beware, terrible customer service!
Terrible, terrible service!!! Beware! Paid EXTRA FEE for watertaxi (high charge to start with) early p.u. to Venice airport. They were hour late, no calls, no communication. Since they WOULD NOT schedule early time, time was critical. We missed flight, and no other flights out to make connection. We had to re-route entire flight home, now 3 plane changes, running to make connections. 20 hrs to get home! (Not including time changes) plus had to make home transportation adjustments, HORRIBLE service, and yet they hit me credit card even though they said they would refund. Terrible service, BEWARE! in almost 50 yrs traveling, never missed a flight, except with thier service.

Great way to get to and from the airport
There is room for confusion here. Your confirm will say "City of Venice" but your taxi will confirm the day before you leave your exact pickup---which will either be at your hotel or very close (our hotel had a dock, and they came right to it). We would use this pickup/return service in a blink--it was everything you could hope it would be for a much lower price than a private water taxi. Our friends at the hotel somewhat ruefully noted "Gee, I wish I'd done what you did..." Small side note: be on time. This is Italy at its most organized and best. Our pickup time was 7:40am. Taxi pulled in at 7:39 and departed and 7:41. Perfect!
