During the day get an inside look at all the steps of the winemaking process, from fermentation to bottling. Complete the experience with a unique tasting of different vintages of Amarone and of course all the Valpolicella wines: Classico. Superiore, Ripasso and the sweet Recioto! Bonus, one of our producers offers a delectable extra virgin olive oil tasting. Between vineyard and winery visits, enjoy a delicious, traditional lunch - of course, always paired with Valpolicella wine! The afternoon winery visit offers a walk through the vineyards where you learn about different indigenous grape varieties. We then have our wine tasting session.
