Weird tour director ruined an otherwise fine tour
The tour organization and destinations were fine. I was one of three English speakers. However, the tour guide's behavior towards me was frankly, weird. He was about my age. In one moment, he'd be sharing detailed information about Pablo Neruda with just me - very kind and appreciated. Then, he'd switch over to using me as a type of comic relief for the tour group. Then, he'd get angry at me for taking too long to use the restroom (never happened before or since on any tour) or taking too long to get off the bus (even though there were dozens of other people slower than me). The tour was a while ago but has bothered me ever since. I was so glad to get off the bus and never see him again. I should have just taken the train to Valparaíso myself and stayed there for a couple of days.

100% recommended experience! The tour to Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Neruda's houses, and the vineyard was incredible. I highlight the excellent punctuality, the first-class service, and the kindness of the entire team: from the package salesperson to our guide Jorge and the driver Hérmenes. An impeccable service from start to finish!

It was a great experience, especially because of the enormous work of Jorge (our guide) who made every moment during the transfers and the places visited very enjoyable, sharing his knowledge at every moment with that peculiar way of his, without a doubt a great memory and something I would recommend 100%
