Summary

Start your day with one of the most unique activities in Mauritius: an Underwater Sea Walk. You will be picked up in the morning in a private taxi, and taken to La Cuvette Beach. The Underwater Sea Walk is activity suitable for everyone, even non-swimmers! You are taken on a short boat ride offshore. As you begin to descend to the sea bed using a ladder, you are equipped with a helmet that will enable you to breathe normally, and you’re ready to enjoy your underwater stroll at a depth of 2.5m – 3m. You can discover the beautiful coral reefs and even feed the fish! The helmet keeps your head completely dry, so you can even wear glasses or contacts. Guides are there all along to make sure that you have fun in perfect safety. The excursion (inc. the boat ride) is approximately 1 hour, with the Underwater Sea Walk taking 12-15 minutes. After this memorable experience, you'll have the chance to spend the rest of the day beach hopping in the north, while being driven in a private taxi. Explore up to 4 of Mauritius' most beautiful beaches: La Cuvette, Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy and Pereybere. At the end of the day the driver will drop you back at your hotel in time for dinner.
