Ultimate Thrill Seekers Pass and Adventure Falls

This was our first time at Chukka and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We did the Ultimate package and had a splendid time whilst receiving the best customer service possible. Shoutout to Levon and Omar on the zipline for helping our small group through their fears, Fitzroy and Jaheim for the dune buggy for the wonderful tour and insights, and a special shoutout to Romaine and Tyrique who made it possible for us to do our river tubing even though the last tour had closed off on us. Romaine, Tyrique and the exceptional operation manager made it their duty to ensure we got our money's worth and as a fellow Jamaican, it truly made our trip that much more enjoyable. It is amazing workers like them that are truly a cut above the rest and because of them I will be back once more ! Big up unuh self !

Fun full day experience!! Tour guides were awesome and entertaining. The best was the river tubing! Anthony, Tariq, and Naseem were hilarious and made the ride relaxing but fun at the same time. My only wish is that each activity was a bit longer, but I understand if ur gonna do multiple activities in one day they have to limit the time to make it manageable. Either way, 10 out of 10 reccomend. Jamaica is a whole VIBE!!!

I enjoyed everything such an amazing experience helpful with everything. Super friendly this was amazing. Place was very peaceful we were able to do all of our activities length of the visit was great and cost was reasonable we had a party of 10 people.

The customer service of the team is out of this world! They are all the absolute best from the manager to all the guides. Tyrek, Henry, Stacy-Ann, Samier, Fitz, lady Gaga. I wish I remembered all their names but they were awesome. The transition of each excursion went smoothly and there was never a dull moment. Their service felt very personalized to my group. The best part was they were able to take care of our children while we did the E-bike! Simply amazing. Highly recommend 10/10!!!!!

What an absolutely brilliant day!!! Honestly... the staff here are so funny, friendly and professional. Dune buggy's were first... oh my days!! Not for the faint hearted, but hilarious! Hold on tight! Dust everywhere... tip: bring a bandana to cover your face and protect from the dust. The guides were really sweet and encouraging to the lady drivers in our group. Next came Zip Lining. Quite scary to start with... heights and speed etc., but Omar (love the locks!!!) and his colleagues soon put us at ease and were very funny. Didn't do the e-bikes - but was told the bumps and holes etc were deep! But was enjoyable none the less. Rafting was relaxing... great massage 😊 Tubing was very funny... President is a talent! Overall, I'd give this trip 5 stars or 10 out of 10. All of the guides were extremely friendly and very funny - had us laughing none stop! My only grudge was that we hadn't had a chance to get to a cash machine - ALL the staff and the guides deserve big tips and I am so sorry we couldn't give cash tips. We did buy them drinks etc and hoped it went some way to saying thank you for a great day!!
