2 weeks in the Himalayas of Nepal

This two week in the Himalayas is all about Yoga, Trek, Sound Therapy and Culture. These two weeks we spend in the Annapurna Region, one of the beautiful place with 8000m high Mountains. We do Yoga every day in the morning and then trek 5-6 hours a day and in the evening we do sound therapy.

Yoga

Every day morning, we do 30min -1 hr. Yoga with the beautiful and magnificent view of high mountains in the cool environment.

Trek

We do 5 days trek in this tour. We walk 5-6 hrs. in a day in a one of the best trekking trail in the world with the beautiful view of mountains. We do very soft and easy trek in this Tour. Anyone can do this trek.

Sound Therapy

Every day after finishing the walking hour (Trek), we do sound therapy with the singing bowl. On a rest day, we’ll visit a hot-spring and do a sound therapy in the hot-spring.

Culture

Throughout the trek we make a direct contact with the local people and try to know the nepali culture. Beside this we’ll visit the monasteries, temple and so on.
