- Entrance to the Siena Cathedral is included ONLY if selected at the moment of reservation. Otherwise, clients can enter at their own expense and depending on Cathedral opening times. Please note that will not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays and during special event opening times can change.

Room for improvement
The sites and guide were superb. Logistics around initial meeting were very poor. We showed up 15 minutes early...as requested and nobody showed up until almost 35 minutes later. Very frustrating. We are on our honeymoon and did not get to sit together in the bus...which was a further irritation.
Tuscany Day Trip
Our guide Alessia was great, but the organization is not very well set up. They call people by their name to go to the buses instead of giving them different stickers and just say yellow stickers follow this guide, green stickers follow that guide. It took a lot of time to board the buses. Same at each stop. The stop at San Gimignano was too short. Especially if you wanted to get gelato in the famous gelateria.

The purchase was very easy, the criteria were respected, the tour was very pleasant, the visit to Siena was very rewarding, the stop for lunch was pleasant and interesting, San Gimignano was very cool, the ice creams are really delicious and Pisa is small but incredible. The guides Marco and Lily were very attentive in every aspect! I recommend!
Great value, good tour
Great value for the money, well run and executed day-long trip. A good balance of guided tours with valuable info and free time at each of the stops. Would definitely recommend and would search out this tour operator again to go on a different tour in Italy.
