On our trip around Andalusia, in the south of Spain, you’ll learn how olive oil’s made at a traditional farm, and tuck into tasty iberico ham for lunch. The better-known palaces of Seville and the huge Alhambra Palace are also on the agenda. And visits to charming hilltop towns, like Carmona and Ecija, take you to lesser-trodden corners of the region, too.
