Our driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby around 8am within Kuching Town area and head towards fascinating orangutans at Semenngoh Wildlife Centre, the biggest Orangutan Rehabilitation Center in Sarawak to care for wild animals which have either been found injured in the forest, orphaned in the wild. One of the best place in the world to see semi-wild Orangutans in their natural rainforest habitat, winging from trees and scurrying up vines.
Then, visit to Annah Rais Longhouse and this 80 doors Bidayuh longhouse is nestled in the foothills of the scenic Penrissen mountain ranges which separate Sarawak from Kalimantan Indonesia. The longhouse dates back to around 200 years old and one can still see some prized human skulls in the ceremonial hut. Mingle with the natives and learn about their culture.
Continue your adventure on kayak through the tranquil rainforest with stops for swimming and being served lunch cooked from the heart! Explore interesting limestone formations and lush greenery as you drift leisurely downstream. This wholesome experience ends at Kampung Semadang.
