Day 1

(7:00 am) - Beginning of the hike from the cocora valley

(7:30 am) - Registration and induction with National Parks authorities

(4:00 pm) - Arrival at base farm lodging (3800 masl)

Day 2:

(7:00 am) - Departure base farm - laguna del Encanto

(9:00 am) - Arrival lagoon of charm

(01:00 pm) - Base farm lunch

(4:00 pm) - Induction snow equipment

Total kms: 5 kms

Day 3:

(12:00 am) - Base farm departure - Cumbre nevado del Tolima

(7:00 am) - Arrival at Shimmer Glacier Edge

(08:00 am) - Arrival of the nevado del Tolima summit 5230 masl

(1:00 pm) - Return to base farm

Total kms: 22 kms approx.

Day 4:

(07:00 am) - Breakfast and departure from the base farm - Return to the cocora valley

(1:00 pm) - Arrival to the cocora valley

(02:00 pm) -Lunch in the cocora valley

(4:00 pm) - Return Salento Quindio

Total kms: 18 kms
