FAQ

Is this a guided tour?

Toggle FAQ

All Denali ATV trips are guided by professional, knowledgeable guides. There is always a front guide leading the tour group, and a back guide.

I've never been on an ATV before. Will I be able to do this?

Toggle FAQ

Absolutely! Our experienced guides will facilitate your experience, and there’s a short practice session before the main tour.

For single-unit riders, it could be considered more advanced. The added trail time adds to the physicality of operating your unit as well as the potential for more river crossings. If you are concerned about your riding ability, we encourage you to consider a side-by-side unit which has a much easier learning curve to overcome.

What should I wear on my ATV tour?

Toggle FAQ

Wear clothing appropriate for all weather and trail conditions. Layers are best in Denali, including a wind/rain layer. Choose clothing that can get dirty or wet. Closed-toe shoes are required, and sturdy sneakers or boots are recommended for the tour.

ARE THERE WEIGHT OR HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

Toggle FAQ

Not really! Customers need to be able to fit into a helmet but we go all the way up to 4XL! Kodiak ATVs – 460 lbs, no height limit. Side by Side ATVs – over 1000 lbs total; height is tricky but we have had guests over 6’7 on tour!

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT TO DRIVE AN ATV?

Toggle FAQ
